Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Freelance Senior Project Manager who will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee agency work across multichannel tactics.

Key Responsibilities

Drive internal agency processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines and maintaining team motivation and productivity

Function in a hybrid role with direct client contact and manage project directives and documentation effectively

Conduct risk analysis, identify potential roadblocks, and facilitate communication between client management and creative teams

Required Qualifications

BS or BA degree or relevant experience

4+ years of experience in advertising or marketing project management

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software

Ability to establish clear directions and understand job responsibilities of team members

Experience in training new project managers during onboarding
