A company is looking for an Overnight Care Advocate Coordinator II to support members in navigating healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional member experience through inbound / outbound calls in a fast-paced contact center
Act as an advocate for members, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and care
Utilize technology and internal resources to assist members effectively and manage customer de-escalations
Required Qualifications
One year of experience in the healthcare industry, customer service, or call center environment
High school diploma or GED
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
Ability to work overnight shifts and at least one weekend day per week
