Key Responsibilities :
Review and resolve credit balances on patient accounts
Perform data entry and maintenance for patient accounts

Required Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in credit balance review in a professional services environment
Ability to work independently, preferably with prior remote experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology
