Account Resolution Specialist

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Associate to manage credit balances on patient accounts and ensure accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and resolve credit balances on patient accounts

Perform data entry and maintenance for patient accounts

Analyze credit balance trends and prepare for AR calls

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in credit balance review in a professional services environment

Ability to work independently, preferably with prior remote experience

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology

Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and making recommendations
