• The Senior Software Engineer has ownership of complex, mission-critical features from concept to production.
• This position helps to define how we build, not just what we build.
• This role acts as a force multiplier for the team by writing high-leverage code, mentoring junior engineers, and championing best practices in scalability, security, and AI-assisted development.
• This role can transition into a manager position in addition to other growth opportunities.

This is a hybrid role working from our Baltimore, MD office approximately 3-4 times per month.

The starting salary for this position is $110k - $130k per year.
