File Clerk / Data Entry Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk / Data Entry professional to join our team, either remotely or in-office. This vital role supports our operations by ensuring accurate data management and efficient filing systems, helping maintain the integrity and accessibility of important company records. If you enjoy working with information, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in maintaining order, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's success in a flexible work environment.

Key Objectives :

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Support administrative functions by managing documentation and records efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Organize, file, and maintain paper and electronic documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free.
  • Retrieve and distribute files and documents as requested by team members.
  • Assist with scanning, copying, and digital archiving of records.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support document management needs.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, filing, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with database systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace if working remotely.
