Must-Have : Experience with SVE's, FSE's, OR circulator, magnesium administration

Description :

Ten RTO days maximum approved per contract.

RTO is not allowed during the following time periods : December 21 to January 3, March 14 to March 21, May 8 to May 11, and May 21 to May 27.

We may consider flexibility for harder-to-fill positions.

RN L&D Night Shift requires various days of the week.

There is a 24-hour on-call requirement per 6-week schedule.

Weekend requirements depend on need, with a minimum of six per schedule.

Floating may be required based on unit needs.

Candidates must have two years of labor experience with SVE's, FSE's, OR circulator, and magnesium administration.

High-risk birth center and women's pavilion with approximately 225 deliveries per month.

Special requirements include AWHONN intermediate or C-EFM certification.

Average daily census of 6-10 deliveries.

The patient ratio is 1 : 2 for days and nights.

Charting system used is Epic.

Additional skills required include amnioinfusion, wound care, and various assessments.

Experience with high-risk antepartum and postpartum patients is essential.

Must maintain skills in maternal and neonatal resuscitation.

Operating room experience is preferred for assisting with C-sections and managing high-risk deliveries.
