What You’ll Do

Conduct in-home consultations, listening closely to customer needs and providing tailored flooring recommendations

Present a wide range of flooring options, balancing style, function, and budget

Manage the customer journey from initial contact through final installation, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience

Collaborate with our team while also managing your own sales pipeline independently

Stay current on flooring products, design trends, and installation processes

Qualifications for Success

Experience :

2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring knowledge is a must)

Strong flooring knowledge

and an understanding of materials, trends, and installation processes

Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven :

Ability to manage multiple client interactions seamlessly

Exceptional Follow-Through :

Ensure customers feel supported throughout the entire process

Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills :

Ability to connect, advise, and influence purchasing decisions

Able to Work Independently, Yet Collaboratively :

Confident in managing your own sales pipeline while contributing to team goals
