A Senior Preconstruction Manager position with a national builder is expanding their presence in Fort Lauderdale . Lead with clarity. You’ll manage full-spectrum preconstruction efforts—estimating, scheduling, value engineering, subcontractor outreach, and design review—on CM at Risk and Design / Build projects. (MUST HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE)
