We are excited to announce an immediate full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative.
Our customer service team is seeking a dynamic, self-starter to support our fast-paced, global call center activities while completing daily, time-sensitive administrative tasks. Our customer service agents are expected to answer 30 to 50 daily incoming calls, reply to website customer emails, complete sales order entries, complete return processing and support our sales team as needed.
