Solution Architect Process Analysis

Primary Function of Position

This role serves as enterprise-wide subject-matter expert in process analysis guiding strategic transformation innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Essential Job Duties

• Set standards and frameworks for business process analysis enterprise-wide.
• Lead multi-year roadmaps for process innovation or technology integration.
• Advise senior leaders on process strategy risk and investments.
• Direct process maturity assessments and center of excellence development.
• Author enterprise policies procedures and analytic guidance documents.
• Serve as escalation resource for critical risk and compliance issues.
• Mentor lead and senior analysts across all business units.
• Present process results / findings at executive meetings and industry events.
• Evaluate and recommend advanced process automation or digital transformation tools.
• Provide technical expertise for regulatory quality or business audits.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
