Advanced Practice Providers (PAs) to join our Cardiovascular Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative group of cardiovascular specialists in a role that includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. We are looking for high-quality, patient-focused APPs who are passionate about cardiovascular care and committed to clinical excellence

Responsibilities:

• Full-time position with a mix of hospital and clinic-based care
• Conducting comprehensive cardiovascular assessments
• Managing acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging
• Assisting with cardiology procedures
• Educating patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care

Organization:

• Provide services in Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Virginia Beach
• More than 30 providers including:
  • Primary Care
  • Specialty
  • APPs
• 75+ outpatient care clinics
• 7 Urgent Cares
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Sleep Lab Center
• Strong commitment to value-based care with successful Accountable Care Organization (ACO) serving 50,000+ patients
