Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound customer service support, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery
Conduct research, resolve issues, and document member interactions effectively
Handle sensitive information while adhering to Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of customer service experience in related fields
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
Ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
Two years of college coursework or three years of relevant work experience
