We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for a locum tenens assignment in Washington. This opportunity begins on Feb 2, 2026, and spans a 90-day assignment, offering ongoing coverage up to two weeks per month with ER 24/7 shifts and dedicated PA support, plus three outpatient clinic mornings weekly.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a full spectrum of orthopedic trauma cases, excluding complex pelvic cases
• Provide ER coverage with dedicated physician assistant support
• Conduct outpatient clinic sessions three mornings per week
• Deliver high-quality patient care in both acute and ambulatory orthopedic settings
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and support staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

Additional Information

• Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery required
• Fellowship training in orthopedic trauma surgery required
• Active Washington license highly preferred, or IMLC with LOQ in hand
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA required (will consider candidates obtaining upon offer)
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Availability at time of name clear required
