Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. This position provides a flexible schedule and work environment in various settings. Responsibilities include attending patient care meetings, adhering to department and patient treatment schedules, working with the rehabilitation team, assisting the Physical Therapist, instructing patients and families, maintaining documentation, and ensuring patient service first.

Qualifications
