Two positions are now open—one for a Junior-Level Attorney and one for a Senior-Level Attorney —both offering the chance to work on high-impact litigation and advisory matters for city governments, law enforcement agencies, and other public institutions .
About the Opportunity
- You'll be part of a well-established Fullerton -based team that has built its reputation by defending municipalities, public agencies, and police departments throughout California . Attorneys here gain unique exposure to civil rights and 1983 litigation, tort defense, employment issues, and class-action claims—the kind of work that keeps communities functioning and public institutions accountable.
- This is a place where attorneys are trusted early, supported by mentorship, and encouraged to take ownership of their cases. Junior attorneys have the opportunity to gain first-chair trial experience, while senior attorneys can fast-track toward a non-equity partnership.
What You'll Do
Defend police management and other public entities in litigation, including complex civil rights and tort casesHandle all aspects of litigation, including law and motion, depositions, and court hearingsAdvise municipalities and attend city council meetings as part of client representationManage discovery, review extensive medical records, and develop case strategiesWork closely with clients and colleagues in a supportive, team-driven environmentWhat You Bring
Experience representing public entities or municipalitiesBackground in civil rights, 1983 litigation, or insurance defenseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative environment with public-sector clientsMust reside within approximately 25 miles of Fullerton (fully remote after onboarding)Compensation & Benefits
