Position : Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Location : Burlington County, NJ

Compensation : Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts

Full-Time (Monday - Friday) :

7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Part-Time / Per Diem :

Monday - Friday :

3 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM

4 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 PM

Saturday - Sunday :

7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

3 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM

4 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

As a CHHA at Grace Healthcare Services, your role is vital to our mission. Responsibilities include :

Providing personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility)

Preparing simple, nutritious meals in accordance with patient care plans

Maintaining a safe and clean home environment

Accurately documenting care using CellTrak

Collaborating with RN Case Managers to monitor and report changes in patient conditions

What You'll Need

Current NJ Certified Home Health Aide license in good standing

Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English

Physical capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Burlington County
