In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial settings. Key Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems in homes and businesses.

Conduct routine maintenance inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes.

Accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues, service recommendations, and next steps.

Maintain clean, organized work areas and service vehicles.

Document all work performed, including labor, parts used, and system diagnostics.

Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience, including service and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical documents.

Clear and professional communication skills, especially when interacting with customers.

Must be reliable, task-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred.

SST and OSHA certifications required or willingness to obtain.

Schedule

Monday Friday, Full-Time

(Some projects may require flexibility based on customer needs or emergency service calls.)

Location
