Litigation Attorney

Struck Love Acedo, PLC, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. What You Will Do:

This role is for an attorney who is ready to be a key player from day one. You will manage a diverse, fast-paced caseload and be entrusted with complex responsibilities, including:

• Lead Discovery and Motion Practice: Develop and execute comprehensive case strategies, drafting compelling pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs for complex civil litigation and high-profile class action defense.
• Direct Client Counseling: Advise attorneys general, corporate general counsel, and agency policymakers on legal compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic procedural development.
• Trial & Hearing Advocacy: Take an important role in depositions, motion hearings, and trial preparation, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills.
• Case Management: Oversee all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including managing junior associates and driving cases toward a positive and efficient resolution.

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record, a commitment to excellence, and the following qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in civil defense, commercial litigation, or government defense. Federal court experience is a strong plus!
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Bar Membership: Active membership and good standing with the Arizona Bar.
• Core Skills: Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are a must. Demonstrable experience with strategic motion practice and deposition preparation.
• Mindset: A strong desire to collaborate with senior partners and a highly proactive, results-oriented approach to case management.
