Production Coordinator

Manage production schedules to meet customer demand. Monitor production output against plans, adjusting schedule and resources to ensure timely delivery . Coordinate with PM and Sales team with daily updates. Identify bottlenecks ,inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Supervise, train, and develop production staff, including operators, team leaders and support personnel. Allocate work assignments, monitor attendance, and ensure proper shift coverage. Foster a positive and safe working environment that promotes teamwork, accountability continuous improvement. Enforce company policies and safety standards, taking corrective action where necessary .
