Senior Product Marketing Manager, Guard & Cloud Security

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Guard Upgrades, you’ll be a strategic contributor to our go-to-market efforts across our Guard product family and our cloud platform. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape our upgrades narrative, specifically focused on our enterprise accounts, drive awareness of the product plans & differentiators, and design our end-to-end campaign & enablement strategy, and partner cross-functionally with a range of stakeholder teams.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Guard and the security components of Atlassian’s cloud platform
• Craft compelling messaging and positioning tailored to security & trust personas, highlighting security, compliance, and cloud value.
• Enable sales teams with effective collateral, training, and tools to drive pipeline and close deals.
• Conduct customer and market research to inform product direction, messaging, and campaign strategy.
• Develop high-impact content (presentations, case studies, whitepapers, web copy) for technical and business audiences.
• Support industry events and customer engagements to build awareness and generate leads.
• Partner with Demand Generation to design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads for sales.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Engagement teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Monitor business health and funnel and regularly report out on performance and impact of your marketing activities.
