Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Act as a liaison between the sales and service departments, assisting clients based on their specific needsListen to and troubleshoot client problems using BMW systems and softwareAssist management, technicians and service advisors in finding the best solution for our clients, based on cost and feasibility of repairsAssist clients who choose to purchase a new vehicle instead of repairing their current vehicleOrder cars to client specifications and maintain strong communication with the client through vehicle deliveryProcess lease terminationsAssist with other duties, as assignedDesired Skills, Qualifications & Experience :
A minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience is requiredHigh school diploma or GED equivalentWorking knowledge of computer systems and Windows PC applicationsAbility to navigate and learn new systems and applicationsExperience using CRM systems preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, in person, over the phone and via text or emailBilingual in Spanish is a huge plusAbility to be on your feet for extended periods of timeAbility to safely drive or move vehiclesMust have a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screeningHours and Work Environment :
We are open Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm and are seeking candidates with flexible availability to work various shifts during our business hours. Our sales team enjoys a 5-day workweek with Sundays and one weekday off. Candidate can expect to spend a majority of their workday interacting with customers over the phone and in-person in the dealership show room and sales lots.
