How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Coordinate daily CNA staffing for home care services, ensuring timely and consistent participant care in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and adjust schedules to meet coverage needs while minimizing shortages, overtime, and excess staffing.

• Monitor attendance and manage timekeeping records, communicating staffing concerns to leadership.

• Confirm required competencies for new hires prior to independent scheduling and support onboarding efforts.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
