Job Summary :

Our hospital employed, busy OB / GYN practice is seeking an additional OB / GYN Physician in Fredericksburg, VA. Our tenured team of experts offer highly individualized comprehensive care to women with common and complex conditions.

Qualified Candidates :

  • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • MD / DO
  • Dynamic physician with a passion for high quality patient care
  • Strong clinical and communication skills, a team mentality, and an enthusiastic and innovative approach
  • Ability to obtain a VA medical license, and DEA license

Position Overview :

  • Join a team that includes midwives, APP support, lactation and perinatology services
  • Facility reports 30-40 deliveries per month, with balanced obstetric and gynecologic case volumes
  • Evening and weekend call coverage based upon call group – hospitalists are utilized
