Base Pay Range

$80.00 / hr - $95.00 / hr

This role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, in the Washington, DC metro area.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop dynamic APEX reports and support Oracle Database 11+ features.
  • Create and maintain database objects (tables, indexes, triggers, sequences, etc.).
  • Work with PL / SQL, Java, PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting.
  • Manage and manipulate unstructured data (BLOB, CLOB, JSON, XMLType).
  • Integrate BI Publisher templates and web services.
  • Migrate Oracle Forms applications to modern, secure APEX applications.
  • Develop APIs and external system integrations.
  • Deliver workflow-centric enterprise applications and create automation logic.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of experience, Master’s with 10–13 years, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Strong experience with secure Oracle development, HTTPS callouts, and security certificates.
