Revenue Cycle Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist to facilitate timely collection of invoices.

Key Responsibilities

Builds positive relationships with assigned facilities to ensure timely payment of invoices

Contacts responsible parties and case workers to expedite payments and adjustments

Documents interactions in Salesforce and recommends write-offs for uncollectable accounts

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or account management

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems

Ability to work in a team environment
