Job Description :
A luxury resort in San Diego is seeking a Kitchen Service Operator to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations. The operator will support the maintenance team by monitoring kitchen equipment, identifying issues, and coordinating with the appropriate service personnel for timely repairs.
In addition to technical awareness, this position requires exceptional customer service skills, as you will interact with internal staff and occasionally guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently during late-night shifts.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Commercial kitchen equipment repair experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in a hotel or resort OR military service background
- Keen eye for detail and strong customer service skills
