What Youll Do:

Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized insurance solutions

Prospect new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of clients

Educate clients on available coverage options and tailor policies to meet their unique needs

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products and compliance standards

Collaborate with internal team members to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction

Self-starters with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Licensed insurance agents (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health preferred)

Goal-oriented professionals with a passion for helping others

Ability to work independently and manage your own book of business

Sales experience is a plus, but not required we'll train the right candidates
