A pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a skilled MES & SCADA Lead. This role is responsible for developing and delivering training, providing technical support, and driving process improvements for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, Electronic Batch Records (EBR), and automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement training programs for MES, EBR, E-Logbooks, and Environmental Monitoring systems using platforms such as Apprentice Tempo and Ignition.
- Provide hands-on support for MES software applications, including configuration, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Collaborate with engineering and automation teams to resolve equipment and controls issues.
- Develop production recipes and automation solutions to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
- Audit and update system documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Lead technical assessments for software releases and interoperability testing.
- Identify and implement innovative MES solutions to enhance business value.
- Support system deviations, CAPA investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.At least 10 years of experience with MES, SCADA, and PLCs in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in SQL databases, scripting, and report generation.Experience with Rockwell AB PLCs, SCADA-Ignition, and MESStrong background in electrical systems, low voltage signal analysis, and network communications.Knowledge of cGMP, GAMP, and data integrity standards.manufacturing experience preferredPay Details : $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
