As an intern at StandardAero , you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence.

Over the course of your 10-12 week internship, you will have the opportunity to :

• Partner with existing production engineering teams to support the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations in San Antonio, TX
• Students will work with experienced engineers on project types that include Repair Industrialization, Tools and Fixture Design and Manufacture, and Process Improvement

The Power Plant Engineer supports StandardAero maintain, repair and overhaul the Rolls-Royce RB211 engines as a 145 Repair Station. As a Power Plant Engineer, you will focus on shop support, customer technical support, engine repair instructions, scrap material review, development of minor repairs and continuous improvement programs, while ensuring compliance to relevant airworthiness and contractual requirements.

A minimum of 60 credit hours or two years within an ABET-accredited towards a Bachelors in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering required
