Compensation and Benefits : Enjoy a competitive annual income ranging from $160,000 to over $225,000 based on patient volume, with benefits that include health insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and an educational stipend. Work-life balance is a priority here—no weekends or night shifts required. Malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is fully paid by the practice. We take pride in our outstanding record : after over 400,000 evaluations in 19 years, we have no malpractice inquiries or actions.

Our Mission : At Midwest Dysphagia Consultants, we specialize in providing professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies for those facing swallowing difficulties. Our unique mobile unit allows us to serve patients wherever they are most comfortable.

What We Offer : We collaborate closely with physicians and speech-language pathologists across various facilities and private practices. Requests for swallowing studies are efficiently handled by our office staff, ensuring appointments are typically scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, and as quickly as the same day when possible. We aim for our staff to return home between 4 : 00 and 5 : 00 PM each day.
