Salary : 15 / hour - For providing Respite Services 30 / hour for providing Habilitation Skill building service

Description :

Wraparound Providersprovide service toyouth, whohave severe emotional disturbances and their caregivers that would benefit from receiving intensive services in their home and communities.

Wraparound Provider serves our families by providing one or all of the following face to face services : Habilitation, Training and Support to the unpaid caregiver & Respite.

Wraparound Provider provide services in compliance with Indiana Department of Mental Health and Addiction, Choices Inc & Office of Medicaid Policy and Plannings.

Qualifications / Education

Possess a valid drivers license and the ability to use a private car to transport self and others.

Must comply with the state policy concerning minimum car insurance coverage.

1-2 years working directly with the SED population in a way that builds functional skills, such as group counseling, one-on-one counseling, provision of skills training, and / or provision of therapeutic recreational activities.

Weekly pay for those who qualify
