Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RPA Technical Lead Specialist Engineer to lead the design development and deployment of Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end automation strategies manage development teams collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure automation solutions meet enterprise standards for performance scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities

Lead RPA solution architecture design development and implementation across multiple business functions.

Translate business requirements into robust automation workflows using leading RPA tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.

Manage and mentor RPA developers and guide best practices development standards and code reviews.

Oversee the lifecycle of RPA bots including requirements gathering development testing deployment monitoring and maintenance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and perform feasibility assessments.

Develop and maintain documentation such as PDDs SDDs and deployment checklists.

Implement governance and change management processes for automation solutions.

Ensure bots meet enterprise standards for security resiliency scalability and performance optimization.

Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Support integration with applications databases APIs and legacy systems as needed.

Provide status reports technical direction and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.

12 years of overall IT experience including 6 years in RPA development and architecture.

Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms including UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.

Proven experience in leading automation development teams and delivering enterprise-scale RPA solutions.

Strong knowledge of process analysis process design and workflow orchestration.

Proficiency in programming languages C# Java Python or VBScript.

Experience with SQL databases web services APIs and integration frameworks.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).

Expertise in RPA deployment scheduling orchestration exception handling and bot monitoring frameworks.

Preferred Skills

UiPath or Automation Anywhere advanced developer certification.

Experience implementing RPA with cognitive automation tools such as NLP AI / ML and OCR technologies (ABBYY Google Vision Document Understanding).

Background in process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.

Cloud platform knowledge (AWS Azure GCP) related to RPA hosting and infrastructure.

Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and communication skills.

Experience working in banking insurance healthcare or large enterprise environments.
