Role Overview

As a Blue Yonder Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA / RedPrairie) solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for providing expert consulting, technical guidance, and hands?on support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. This role demands a deep understanding of supply chain software systems and excellent communication and problem?solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Be recognized as an expert in supply chain process and JDA / Blue Yonder software solutions, and lead implementations.
• Lead product consulting sessions with clients, providing expert guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Configure Blue Yonder solutions to align with client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support for RF devices, printers, and other peripheral devices during implementation and post?go?live phases.
• Collaborate with client teams and project stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project success.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of customer business needs, designing and configuring solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist customers with testing activities, including creating test scripts and documenting testing results.
• Collaborate with development teams to specify enhancements or customizations required to meet client needs.
• Facilitate functional end?user training sessions, empowering clients to effectively utilize Blue Yonder applications.
• Provide go?live operations support, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing system stability.
• Guide business users on application operation and administration, offering expertise on business processes and system configurations.
