• Call only position with 100% call ratio
• 7 - 9 patients per shift with 6 or less admissions per 24 hours
• General urology with advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic techniques
• Robotic surgery and radical procedures required
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding
• Phone consults required
• 15 minute response time required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
