Fine Arts Aide

Position Summary

Job Description:

Student will work with the fine arts department in the drawing, painting, FDMA, ceramics, & photo studios, as well as the art galleries performing duties such as clearing and straightening tables, sweeping and mopping, putting away materials when received, assist in making slips, glazes, kiln firings, photo chemistry, hanging up and taking down of gallery shows and other administrative duties as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: First consideration will go to students enrolled in Fine Arts, Studio Arts or Digital Media Art degree programs.

Preferred Qualifications: Student must be registered for at least 3 credit hours for Fall 2022 semester. Student must have filled out a FAFSA for the 2022-2023 academic year and be eligible for work study funding.
