Overview
Jackson Dean Construction is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support Project Managers and Superintendents across all phases of construction. This role offers strong exposure to project planning, cost control, scheduling, and document management — ideal for someone looking to grow within a top-tier commercial contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PMs and Superintendents with daily project administration

• Assist with drawing reviews, RFIs, submittals, and document control

• Participate in estimating, scheduling, and cost tracking activities

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

• Assist with budget administration and change order management

• Support project close-out documentation and turnover

• Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in commercial construction

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with project documentation and construction software

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Eagerness to learn and grow into senior project roles
