B-Level Technician

What youll do :

• Schedule is B-Shift (6 : 30pm 7 : 00am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday).
• Troubleshoot and repair all manufacturing equipment.
• Working with variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs and systems associated with automated equipment.
• Repair and install systems and components on industrial machinery and equipment following codes, manuals, diagrams, and other specifications using hand tools, power tools and testing equipment.
• Completion of mechanical equipment repairs / troubleshooting, including bearings, general machine parts, pneumatic systems, and piping systems.
• Document and complete maintenance work orders in a work order management system with labor hours, parts used and a detailed record of completed tasks.
• Continuous improvement of PM programs to maximize equipment uptime and increase productivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
