Mar y Sol Mental Health Experts is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing private practice in Danbury, CT. This role is ideal for a PMHNP who values clinical excellence, autonomy, and collaborative care while working in a supportive, spa-like outpatient environment.

As a PMHNP, you will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for  adolescents, and adults , with the opportunity to work alongside experienced psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

Provide medication management for minors and adults

Develop individualized treatment plans

Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR

Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists

Utilize electronic prescribing and medical records

Deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care

You’ll work independently while having direct access to child and adult psychiatrists through an open-door, supportive clinical culture.

Ideal Candidate

Active Connecticut PMHNP or Psychiatric APRN license

Comfortable treating adolescents, and adults

Strong clinical judgment and compassionate bedside manner

Comfortable with in-person care and some telehealth

Proficient with electronic health records

Interest in or experience with Spravato®

Values collaboration, and patient-centered care

Position Details

Status : Salaried position (30 hours / week)

Schedule :  TBD

Location : Danbury, CT 06810 (must work in person)
