We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to provide outpatient services in a metro area in NC. We are currently staffed with one child / adol psychiatrist and two therapists and we are looking to grow this practice by providing adult psychiatric services. This provider will be part of the inpatient call schedule (1 : 4). We offer competitive compensation with a comprehensive benefit package. Minimum qualifications include : NC Medical Licensure must be in place by date of hire DEA, BC or BE (If BE, BC achieved within 5 years of completing residency). Credentialing Unrestricted hospital privileges The center is a comprehensive program, providing inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services that includes an 80-bed Adult and Child / Adolescent psychiatric hospital (50 Adult beds and 30 Child / Adolescent beds) The city has a population of 260,000 people, with a regional population of approximately 1 million, within easy driving distance of the Blue Ridge Mountains as well as NC, SC, and VA beaches.
