What You'll Do

As a Center Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our ABA therapy centers, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for staff, clients, and families. This role combines leadership, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth workflows
• Supporting compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Coordinating with clinical and scheduling teams to support staff and families
• Managing office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Leading event planning, center tours, and family engagement activities
• Supervising maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the center
• Preparing reports, correspondence, and handling confidential information (HIPAA compliance)
• Acting as the go-to support for staff, clients, and families at your center

Physical Requirements

This role requires moving around the center, walking, standing, bending, and reaching to ensure the space is safe and organized. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs), extended computer use, and some local travel for meetings or events may be required. Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends is a plus.
