Marketing Performance Data Analyst

Our client, a leading institution in public policy research, is seeking a Marketing Performance Data Analyst to join their team. As a Marketing Performance Data Analyst, you will be part of the Marketing and Communications team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for storytelling, and a data-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Track and report on campaign performance across email, social, web, paid, and earned media.

Clean, segment, and analyze marketing data using HubSpot and Google Analytics (GA4).

Build dashboards that blend performance metrics with clear, narrative insights.

Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities focused on audience and content engagement.

Translate data into intuitive narratives for stakeholders and leadership.

What's Needed?

Understanding of campaign lifecycles, storytelling, and content-driven engagement.

Experience with HubSpot, including custom reporting, workflows, and lead scoring.

Proficiency in GA4 to analyze user behavior, content performance, and conversion paths.

Skilled at crafting insights into persuasive, executive-ready narratives.

Experience using statistical tools to identify audience patterns and trends.
