We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI / ML Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI technologies to lead the development of advanced AI / ML solutions within the Pharmacy domain. This role focuses on designing scalable AI / ML architectures, building prototypes, and developing reference implementations using technologies such as LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.

You will work with a team of engineers, managing coordination and execution of workloads while mentoring and coaching team members. Collaboration across cross-functional teams-including operations, product, architecture, and quality management-is key, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across enterprise initiatives. You’ll engage directly with Pharmacists to understand operational challenges and partner with Capability leaders to co-design impactful solutions. This role also contributes to Pharmacy Modernization initiatives, aligning with organizational goals to leverage AI for reducing manual work, accelerating delivery, and enhancing Net Promoter Score (NPS).

• from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
