    • Inpatient / Outpatient

  • 18 Patients Per Shift
  • Requirements

    • Board Certified Required

  • Active WA License or IMLC in Hand
  • Pediatric / Neonate Urology Required
  • Advanced Pediatric Surgery Preferred
  • Holmium Laser Certification Required
  • Call

    • Beeper

  • 20 Minute Response Time
  • Support Staff

    • 1.5 RN's

  • 2 MA's
  • EMR

    • Epic
