This role offers variety, challenge, and growth—all within one hospital! As part of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Every shift presents new experiences and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Join our Internal Float Pool and be a part of something meaningful every day.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic environments. You will utilize evidence-based practices while collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.

Additionally, you will apply ethical decision-making and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members, while also participating in quality improvement initiatives. You’ll contribute significantly to the patient care experience and assist in the development of others.

Licenses & Certifications :

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Degrees :

Completion of an accredited nursing program required.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Excellent communication skills, adept computer literacy, and the ability to effectively respond to situational changes while maintaining a patient-centric focus.
