Warehouse Worker Lead - Cedar Rapids, IA

About the Role

• Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks.
• May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and / or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
• Directs daily work flow of a team.
• Shuttle loaded trailers to the facility and return with empty trailers to be reloaded.
• Move trailers of shells and return the empties to be loaded.
• Have empties in the appropriate docks to be loaded.
• Ensure all trailers that are put in the dock are properly locked.
• Keep the flow of loaded trailers removed from the dock and replaced by empties as to not slow down the loading process.
• Provide yard checks as needed for trailer inventory.
Shift and Schedule :
• Full-time
• Monday- Friday, potential Saturday work on occasion
• 12 : 30PM finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend as needed is required
