Adjunct Faculty - Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Instructional Design Periodically, the College of Arts and Sciences may have various openings throughout the year for part-time, non-tenure lecturers to teach 1-3 undergraduate courses in the Department of Mathematics & Computer Science (computer science, cybersecurity, computer education, and related fields). Positions are filled on an as-needed basis. Successful candidates must have a graduate degree in the appropriate discipline (preferred) or a bachelor’s degree in the discipline along with 5 years of experience and a graduate degree in another field. Additionally, we may occasionally have need of lecturers to teach graduate courses in Instructional Design and Technology. Successful candidates for these courses should have a terminal degree in the discipline or a master’s degree with 5 years of experience directly relevant to course objectives. Compensation for each course will be based on qualifications and experience of the applicant, and will be determined during the planning for each course.
