Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) . The ideal candidate will independently design, develop, and deliver FCCS solutions while directly engaging with business stakeholders and proactively resolving issues.

This role requires strong techno-functional knowledge of financial consolidation processes and Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

FCCS Development & Configuration

Design, configure, and implement solutions using Oracle FCCS .

Develop calculation scripts, business rules, data forms, and metadata structures.

Configure consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation logic.

Implementation & Delivery

Independently manage end-to-end FCCS development activities.

Lead customer discussions, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with financial close and reporting objectives.

Data Integration & Reporting

Support data integrations from source systems using Data Management and other integration tools.

Develop financial reports, dashboards, and close management artifacts.

Issue Resolution & Support

Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations.

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) .

Experience with financial consolidation, close processes, and reporting requirements.

Ability to independently manage customer interactions and solution delivery.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) .

Broader exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud modules.

Knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes.
