Overview
Responsible for performing physical inventory counts. Determines accuracy of system data by validatig against location count.
Responsibilities
- Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory items.
- Follows established cycle counting schedules and procedures.
- Accurately records count data and updates inventory systems.
- Identifies and investigates inventory discrepancies and variances.
- Collaborates with materials and inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintains high levels of accuracy in inventory records.
- Ensures all inventory adjustments are properly documented and authorized.
- Assists in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Maintains organized and up-to-date records of cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.Physical Demands and Work Environment :
Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting / moving average weight (up to 50 lbs) material.Ability to perform occasional frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and / or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours)May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
