As a Full Time Administrative Assistant at Biltmore Properties Inc., your day-to-day responsibilities will be engaging and varied, perfect for someone new to the job. You can expect to support the team by managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to ensure seamless operations. Daily tasks will include maintaining organized records, preparing documents, and assisting clients with inquiries, all while fostering a positive customer-focused environment.

You will also be expected to prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating your problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life routine as you grow and learn in this energetic and professional atmosphere.
